I’m Louise Townsend, a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience caring for people across hospitals, community healthcare and aged care.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most challenging moments. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that exceptional nursing is about more than clinical expertise—it's about building trust, listening with compassion and treating every person with dignity and respect.
